1/2 Cup Jaggery (Powdered)
2 Cups Filtered Water
1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Dry Ginger (Sukku)
1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
Preparation Steps

Mix the jaggery in water until fully dissolved. Strain it to remove any sand or impurities.

Add the fresh lemon juice, dry ginger powder, and cardamom powder to the jaggery water.

Stir well and serve. You can add a pinch of salt to enhance the electrolyte properties.
